These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and winrm20 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winrm20 website located at https://winrm20.cam and all associated services, features, games, and content offered therein.

winrm20 is an online sports betting and casino platform designed for and operated primarily for the Malaysian market. The platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and provides services including but not limited to sports wagering, live casino games, video slots, e-sports betting, and crash and instant games.

By accessing the platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register for and use the winrm20 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory cooling-off period, or any other exclusion mechanism on the winrm20 Platform or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of winrm20 or any of its affiliated entities, without prior written consent from the Platform.
• You must not register or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the winrm20 Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.

winrm20 reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to meet any of the above criteria at any point may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, and any balance attributable to ineligible activity may be forfeited.

To create an Account on the winrm20 Platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. winrm20 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

winrm20 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable compliance standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or statement from the relevant e-wallet or bank).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. winrm20 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on Account funds pending verification. Refusal to cooperate with the KYC process may result in Account suspension.

winrm20 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability and any applicable minimum or maximum transaction limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 (converted to MYR at point of credit at the prevailing rate)

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited. winrm20 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes of approval under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. winrm20 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of the withdrawal request. winrm20 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with withdrawals are the responsibility of the Member.

All sports betting, live casino, slot, e-sports, and other wagering activities on the winrm20 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any product-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform:

• A wager is confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation from the Platform. winrm20 is not responsible for wagers that were not successfully submitted due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. The Platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors), winrm20 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Member's balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, event, market, and Member account tier.
• Sports results are determined by the relevant governing body or official result source for each sport. In cases of dispute, winrm20's determination of the official result shall be final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). All games are certified for fairness by independent testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

winrm20 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each eligible Member may claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion's terms explicitly state that it is a recurring offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a Member's promotional balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, and slot games may carry different contribution rates. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• winrm20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
• The use of bonus funds in a manner intended to exploit or circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using bonus funds across multiple accounts, or engaging in arbitrage strategies — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winrm20 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of Account balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another individual in registering an Account that violates eligibility requirements;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other users, including but not limited to sharing information in live poker, casino, or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting known or discovered bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal or illegal activity (money laundering);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other Members;
• Placing bets on events or markets where you possess material non-public information that provides an unfair advantage (insider betting);
• Conducting any form of account sharing, whereby Account credentials are used by any person other than the registered Account holder.

All intellectual property rights in and to the winrm20 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text content, software, and database structure, are owned by or licensed to winrm20. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property of winrm20 for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or otherwise commercially use any portion of the Platform without the express prior written consent of winrm20. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of winrm20's intellectual property rights and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrm20 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, wagered funds, or gaming session winnings attributable to technical failures beyond winrm20's reasonable control;
• Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party service disruptions;
• Delayed processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or banking institutions;
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

winrm20 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties. The following tools and policies apply:

• Age Verification: Users must be 21 years of age or older. We employ verification procedures to prevent underage gambling.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to suspend their Account may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or seek a permanent closure. During any active self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be reactivated.

winrm20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Complaint or direction received from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• At the Member's own request, including upon activation of a self-exclusion period.

Upon termination of an Account for breach, winrm20 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation and to offset any amounts owed to winrm20 (including bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) from the balance. Any balance confirmed as legitimately belonging to the Member following the investigation will be returned via the original deposit method where feasible.

winrm20 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address, where reasonably practicable. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which winrm20 operates internationally, to the extent permissible by law.

In the event of a dispute between you and winrm20 arising from or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of your complaint. winrm20 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and to providing a substantive written response within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal or arbitration proceedings.
